If you're interested in coming to Oasis, call us to set up an intake. During an intake, you meet with an Oasis staff member and we discuss your interest in Oasis and our community agreements so you feel prepared to come to Oasis during drop-in hours. You are welcome to bring a friend or family member to your intake.
Oasis now has an emergency cell phone that you can call if you are in crisis. The phone number is (253) 988-2108.
When you call the cell phone, one of the Oasis staff members will answer. This means that you will reach Rae, Mo, Aimee, or Lorenzo when you call. We will be staffing the cell phone 24/7 and will be available to speak with you.
Here are some examples of when you might want to call the Oasis cell phone:
- If you just got kicked out of your house
- If you've just been involved in a crime
- If you're feeling suicidal
- If you are in a crisis situation
If something bad happened and you're not sure if it fits the list above, call anyway! We can talk with you about your situation and help you find resources. For similar services that are not linked to Oasis, you can call the Crisis Line or the Trevor Helpline.
